Hope Gardening

Hope has a range of community gardening projects

As well as our tool recycling project, we offer therapeutic gardening for our homeless service users and maintain a community garden for local residents. In our allotment gardens we are growing vegetables, salad and fruit for the Hope Foodclub and Hope Day centre.

The project will offer opportunities for horticultural therapy and community growing, and offer basic training in horticulture for people who are looking to develop a career and new skills.

The project involves urban agriculture - greening urban spaces and growing food on neglected urban land.

We welcome donations of vegetable seeds, plants, gloves and overalls

We need volunteers to help in our growing space in Northampton.

Hope Charity Shop

As soon as we identify the right premises, Hope Centre Enterprises will be opening a charity shop in 2018, selling affordable clothes to people on tight budgets – it's part of our mission to tackle poverty and low income.

We welcome donations of clean clothes for sale in the shop or for use by our client group. These can be donated NOW to the Hope Centre at 35 Campbell St Northampton NN13DS between 1.30 and 3.30 each weekday.

We will be looking for volunteers to help run this project: watch this space.
